The activity took place under the mentorship of the portal management team. The monitoring and evaluation team, quality management team, visual and graphic design team, and general coordination team were established from the participants.
The duties, responsibilities, and areas of authority for each team were determined. The teams took responsibility for specific platforms under their jurisdiction and created the content for the tabs and sections related to their respective platforms. Taking roles and responsibilities in an international portal broadened the vision of the participants.
