Partners met in Pilsen, Czechia, to create the „Standards of Educational Environments and Processes Sensitive to Gender Equality“ section of the manual, to increase the communication and interaction of participating teachers with their European colleagues and to establish a cooperation bond between teachers by creating synergy between European teachers.
The details of the standards were determined in the light of the experiences they have gained in the school climate sensitive to gender equality in their schools, after the trainer’s training on gender equality they receive, and the activities conducted by university in Štip were converted into written material.
